Terms of Use

By downloading or using AI HairStyle ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the App only with a parent or guardian's permission, and any purchase must be approved by them. A parent or guardian who lets a child use the App accepts these terms on that child's behalf.

2. Credits and subscriptions

The App uses credits. Creating a look spends credits from your balance. There are two kinds, and they behave differently.

• Plan credits come with a Pro subscription. Each billing period starts with a fresh allowance that replaces whatever is left — unused plan credits do not roll over and do not accumulate. When a subscription ends, expires or is refunded, any remaining plan credits end with it.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew and are not subscriptions. Credits bought this way never expire and stay yours even if your subscription ends.
• Credit packs can be purchased once you have taken out a Pro subscription. They remain available afterwards, including if that subscription later ends.
• The App spends plan credits before credits you bought outright, so the ones that expire are used first.

Subscription terms:

• Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown on the purchase screen, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Manage Subscription in the App's settings.
• Changing plan follows Apple's rules: moving to a longer plan takes effect immediately, and moving to a shorter one takes effect when the current period ends.
• Credits are tied to the Apple ID that bought them and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded for money.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• New devices may receive a small number of free credits so the App can be tried before buying. These are a gift, not a purchase, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

A credit spent on a look that is delivered is not returned. If a generation fails before producing an image, the credits are returned automatically. Stopping a generation after it has started does not return them, because the work has already been done.

3. AI-generated results

Every image the App produces is an AI-generated preview. It is an illustration of a possible look, not a photograph, not a prediction, and not professional advice.

• Results vary with lighting, angle, hair type and image quality, and will not always be accurate or flattering.
• A real cut, colour, or treatment may look different. Consult your stylist or barber before making a decision.
• We do not guarantee that any particular result can be reproduced in real life.

4. Your photos and your responsibilities

You keep ownership of the photos you bring to the App. You are responsible for having the right to use them, and you agree that you will not upload:

• Photos of another person without that person's permission
• Photos of children used to depict them in any altered or inappropriate way
• Images you do not own or have no licence to use
• Content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or intended to harass, defame, deceive, or impersonate anyone

You also agree not to present generated images as genuine photographs of a real person or event where doing so would mislead someone.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to extract, resell, or automate access to the generation service.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its name, its design, and its bundled template artwork belong to us and are protected by copyright. Images you generate from your own photos are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these terms.

7. Availability

Generation depends on an internet connection and on third-party processing services. Features may be unavailable, delayed, or changed, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make — including any hair, beauty, or cosmetic decision — based on an image produced by the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Apple's role

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Your licence to use the App is separately governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms describe how the service works — credits, subscriptions and what you can expect from the results. Where the two overlap on the licence itself, Apple's agreement applies.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
